I think i might be depressed... I always feel so sad for the smallest reasons, sometimes I even cry at the littlest things. I feel guilty alot or sad for my parents when im over a friends or something, I always feel like they miss me too much and are sad that im growing up too fast. Especially when i got a bf I had to breack up with him because of the way i felt now i never go near another guy. I also OVERSLEEP. I think tat could be because i sleep lik 7-8 hrs on school nights then go to bed at 11-12 at night and wake up usually around 11:30. I always feel so sad, worthless etc. especially in school because of people teasing me because im shy and dont talk much. I feel so trapped sometimes I feel like i wanna cry in school but hold it in. I talked to my mom about it but she laughed and said yournot depressed your just going through puberty. How can I talk o my mom about this so she'll beleive me if i even do have depression? And do I really have depression?
