Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has had successful treatment of depression besides using anti-depressants? I tried anti-depressants but they made me feel crazy. I absolutely refused to take those things again, but my depression is slowly getting worse everyday. I know there's alternative medicine out there, but where should I start?

ok i might sound stupid but i will use my question points wisely since this will be my first time to ask question here. like this i always got freakin depress just because of little things like being frekin jelous even if the girl is just my crush and i saw her with other guy, or like my gf mention me that he meet a handsome guy lately, i know this is realy abnormal, guys dont feel this bad as often, just want to ask if theres any treatment, medical treatment for depression that is totaly safe and legal. and please serious answer only, im suffering this crap about 10 years already.

I am a 24 year old college student who has had severe depression since childhood. In June, when I turn 25, I will no longer be able to receive medical benefits as a dependent, regardless of my full time student status.
